Product works! No issues!!!

Really love this lamp so far. I have moderate depression through the year, which I take medication for, but it becomes worse during the dark, cold winter months in Pennsylvania. My office at work doesn't have any windows, and I could feel that I wasn't getting the light and warmth my brain and body needed. I figured I would try this light out to keep in my office. I have only used it for a couple weeks, but I really love it so far, and even already I notice a difference in my mood! The light is great quality and the perfect size for a small office. It fits right on my desk to the left of my computer. I turn it on intermittently throughout thd day. Great product and I am looking forward to using it more!

10 days is pretty long for standard shipping

I haven't started using the device yet, but shipping was excellent, and customer service five star!

After I knocked over the lamp breaking the bulb, I found them via the internet, placed my small order, and was constantly informed of it's status until it arrived.

I would give them a 6th star if I could - great product, decent price, friendly, and delivered ASAP.

Bought floor lamp for my mother. It looks much better than the one it replaced, gives much better light and is easy for my mother to operate. Being LED I don't have to worry about dealing with burnt-out bulbs.

Outstanding customer service. Ordered lamp on 19 Dec and it arrived on 22 Dec using their free shipping promotion. I was surprised and delighted by this. My Dad already has one of these lamps so we we were prepared for the quality of the product and the visual enhancement aspects of the light. These lamps have improved the quality of life for both my parents. They both love to read! Thank you.

Excellent product!! The natural spectrum light bulbs are the best way to light up any and all rooms in your home.

Over the top customer service also. Out of the dozen bulbs I ordered, only 1 was defective when it arrived. All it took to resolve the issue and get a replacement was ONE (1) email request. They sent out a replacement bulb the very next day.

I highly recommend VERILUX.

I ordered this for my husband and he loves it! I made a mistake in ordering and emailed customer service. I got a prompt response and got the order switched. A day later, they informed me that one of the items was on back order and I could cancel that item or be upgraded to another item no charge. I opted for the upgrade and then mentioned I was hoping it would make it for Christmas. They upgraded my shipping and it was here in 2 days! Customer service was excellent and product is excellent!
