1577.00 to transcribe a 38 minute court ?????

1577.00 to transcribe a 38 minute court reporting. A hassle even getting them to get started. Veritext is for the ultra rich, not for middle class or even above that. I don't know or can't afford to tell you their abilities to do a good job but Yelp rates them 1.6 so, some got rotten work for extreme prices. Stay clear of this company

Don't waste your time here!!!

I applied for a transcription position on Indeed with Veritext/Allegis. I took all the tests and passed with flying colors. They set up an interview time through Zoom for today, 9/4/25, at 2 pm, with Rachel Van Tuyl being the interviewer. I clicked on their Zoom link that was sent through an email (Calendly) at 1:45 pm and waited until a few minutes after 2 pm, but Rachel never attended this interview. I chatted through this interview to see where Rachel was, but no answer. A few minutes later, another email response with what looked formatted through Calendly (Zoom's schedule) and asked if 2 pm was still good for me. I sent her an email back and said I had been waiting on her since 1:45 pm and was still in the interview alone. Formatted emails kept coming back to me saying that since I was late for the interview, I would need to reschedule. WHAT????!!!!!???? I called the company and no one answered. Stay far away from this company!!!!!!!! This was such a waste of my time today! Sounds like a true scam to me!
