Lack of transparency during hiring process
I recently went through an interview and offer process with Veritis, and my experience left me quite disappointed. The communication from the HR and hiring team was inconsistent, and important details such as compensation structure and bonus information were not clearly shared during discussions.
When I asked for clarification, instead of providing transparent answers, the process became abruptly unresponsive. It felt quite unprofessional, especially after investing significant time in multiple rounds of discussion.
I’m sharing this experience so that future candidates can approach with clarity and ensure they ask detailed questions before making any decisions. Transparency and professionalism go a long way in building trust, and I hope the company takes this feedback seriously.
