Racist undertone
We received a email at 9:00 am (replied 9:10) that we would receive a 50 euro Amazon-Gutschein if we answered some questions.

I did that in my name (Swede) my wife is German and she is on the contract. Had to answer questions like if I was born in Germany and if my mother lanquage is German. It’s really irrelevant where I'm born, so I did not pass the questions with the right answers I failed to get an appointment. Already when I answered the questions it felt strange that they are even asking these questions.
I called Verivox and asked if we can do the questions again in my wife's name, answer was no you can’t. I also said to this person (man) the questions is not o'right to have as questions and he hanged up.

Easy to sign up, but didn't get any bonuses
It was easy to compare the offers and to sign up. They quickly sent us the router and contract.
However, they promised 250€ bonus and an Amazon Echo Dot, we submitted the payment receipts 6-7 months ago but never got any of them.
Not sure if the other reviews are fake or if we were just unlucky and they didn't give us our offer bonuses.

UPDATE 10/01/2023:
Received an email from Verivox providing a solution for this issue. They said the bonuses will be provided soon.
There must have been a technical error with the submission of my receipts.
Might be a good advice to send them a follow-up email in case you don't receive your bonuses after 2-3 months of sending the receipt.
So far I'm satisfied with their support and how quickly they contacted me, added one star for that. Will update my review again when all is resolved :)
