no Customer Service
no service. I have called a lot of times, waiting for more than 30 min, sending emails but no answer. i have made a contact and waiting more than 20 days to get an answer but no answer and the service center doesn't answer too. worse company i ever seen if u don't want to have Customer service just close the company and stop cheating people. i wonder how Germany allows this company to work
