Daniel is very quick to respond and doesn't mind answering questions. He explains how the German healthcare system works and is empathetic towards expats who may be grappling with a new system. He's also a really nice guy, I'd definitely recommend him.

Good part is i do not understand German, All the documents were shared in English. Every communication is transparent.

The level of customer service that Daniel exhibits is totally excellent. First of all, he is very knowledgeable about the private insurances. I was a member of a private insurance he recommended for only 5 months due to my changing personal circumstances. Daniel very very patiently took care of all my issues and replied my numerous emails quickly too. As a self-employed expat living in Germany, figuring out my insurance situation was a handful to say the least.

I've spoken with multiple traditional and digital (e.g. Ottonova or Feather) insurance providers but as much as I'm pro tech, I had to go with Weiss Insurance. Why? A combination of unquestionable field expertise and unbeatable customer service. I cannot underscore how good and personalized the customer service was.

We moved to Germany recently and needed to organize many types of insurance quickly. Daniel helped us, in perfect English, to understand all the important insurances available and common in Germany. We felt absolutely no pressure to buy anything and we only chose the products we felt were best for us. I ask a lot of questions, but Daniel carefully and promptly answered all of them. We now have liability, household, legal and life insurance and decided against pension insurance. We feel confident in our choices because of Daniel's expert advice. With Daniels help we got everything in order quickly and despite a lot of difficulties getting accepted by a private health insurance, Daniel pushed on and saw it through. Outstanding service!
