Requested samples, which arrived within 48hrs. This company got the order, because they had just the right colour. Extremely pleased with my slats. They're within 1mm of the length I ordered (tolerance is 5mm and stated on website), nicely welded in weights, and are really good black out blinds. Pricing was clear. Postage costs very reasonable. Despatch was on the 6th working day. Would be happy to shop here again.

After receiving 2 samples for colour match I called the company & the call handler couldnt have been more helpful , knowledgeable & polite . I ordered up new Slats , hangers, weights & chains which arrived within the time slot & all fit to perfection . These guys sure know what the customer wants with high end products . Just moved into a new house that had 2 windows in the living room with vertical blinds installed that were by their best. Looked online and found this company, ordered a few samples which were free of charge and delivered in 2 days. Decided on iron coloured Blackout slats and ordered around 60 for just under £110 (which included hangers, weights, and chain). Received them a week later. So easy to put up and look lovely, at a fraction of the price of buying new blinds. Would definately use these guys again.

Needed to replace all the vertical blinds weights throughout the house. They were old and brittle. Discovered chainless weights on the website. They are fantastic! Never knew they existed. Didn't have to wait too long for them to arrive and swapping out old for new was so easy. It made all my blinds look very smart and neat again. No more problems with pets getting tangled up in them ever again.

This is my first trust pilot review. It's mainly because, this company went above and beyond to help me replace the blinds in my house. It was done online, it is abit tricky on my part. They were so patient, replied to all my questions and concerns. Now all the blinds looking amazing, everyone has complemented it. I will definitely be using this company again and have suggested it to my friends and family.

I ordered, as suggested, a sample of the fabric before placing my order for replacement slats together with weights and hangers. The finished product arrived well before the indicated time frame and took little time to attach. As long as the mechanism still works, just replacing the slats seemed a no brainer. And why not complete the job properly with new accessories. The product is so good and reasonably priced that we may look at another set. Summer and winter. Why not. Highly recommend but make sure of your measurement.

Good choice of samples, easy website with good guidelines. Very pleased with my order, glad I ordered replacement weights and chains . They fit perfectly and updated the window. Definitely would recommend .

I ordered these items using the website and found the prices very competitive with an excellent range. I live locally so put in the "additional information" box that I could collect.

Well within the promised turnaround time they got back to me and had the items ready to collect. They include free postage (I assume order size dependent) for those not wanting to collect but I wanted them quicker.

The items are all correctly measured and the process of bonding the top and bottom flaps use something called ultrasonic welding - this provides a nice finish and seems robust - I cannot comment on long term resilience but I have no immediate concerns.

I am definitely going to use them again as this was sort of a test run and got a good product. One thing I do encourage you to do is ensure you are measuring your old slats correctly and consider any adjustment you want to make. I measured the existing slats while hanging and again when I took it down and got two different measures. Measure the old ones on a flat surface

Ordered replacement blind slats for 5 rooms (in different colours) and am very happy with my order and what we received.
