Vertigo were fantastic from beginning to end. Yasmina was prompt, friendly and professional at getting us booked in and getting everything arranged. Nico and his team of movers were brilliant - careful and considerate, packed brilliantly, on time, friendly and really efficient. We couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience with them. They even collected their boxes promptly once we’d had a chance to unpack. Book them now!

After 37 years of not moving home we felt it was time to give it a try, and boy are we glad we stumbled upon Vertigo to do the packing and the heavy lifting. Team A came over the day before and 4 guys took our house apart like a whirlwind, wrapped up everything that wasn’t moving or breathing and stuck it into boxes before loading up two medium sized vans they had parked outside. Team B came in early on moving day itself, this time 5 guys with a really big van, and finished loading in a couple of hours. By 11am they drove off - leaving us standing on the sidewalk thinking “so this is what it’s like with no home and no possessions”. A few hours later on the other side of town we watched Team B in reverse whirlwind mode as they loaded the entire contents of 3 vans into our new house at high speed. All this and on a day when it bucketed with rain. Here are a few adjectives for what it felt like to be moved by Vertigo: cheerful, efficient, quick, able, polite, organised, helpful, and drenched. 37 years from now, when we move next time, we will turn to Vertigo again. All in all, about as good as it gets.

If you’re looking around for quotes and reviews, stop here and just book Vertigo as you won’t find better. We were recommended them by a friend and I’m so glad we hired them. Nico and his amazing team moved us into storage before Christmas and then into our new house in the new year with no trouble whatsoever. Furniture was disassembled and reassembled and all safely wrapped. The price was also the same or slightly better as other quotes we got. We also enjoyed the stories of celebrity house moves they’d done in the past. Amazing service, thank you all so much.

Boban at Vertigo was fantastic during the whole process. He kept us up to date and I took full insurance after reading other reviews. they packed everything carefully and came and delivered and unpacked large items like beds and paintings on the other end. 10/10 and very friendly people on both ends. Would highly recommend.

Boban, the customer service representative, and the movers on the day were communicative, helpful, and very professional. It was a very easy and efficient process. The only issue we had - it is why we have only given them 4 stars - was that they some how knocked our piano, leaving a small chip in the lacquer.

We were so impressed with Vertigo Transport from our initial quote through to the movers leaving our new home. The initial process was thorough and I appreciated the video call with Valentina because it helped us understand what we did and didn’t need to move. Quoting was very quick and the process was quick to restart after our sale fell through and then started again. We worked with Boban to sort out a date and he was just as professional and polite as Valentina. The movers on the day were led by Ivan who was so friendly and professional, which is exactly what we needed on a stressful day! His team moved all our things without any issues any at all. Nothing was damaged in transit and the team were brilliant at guessing where our items needed to go when we hadn’t labelled them clearly. I’ve already recommended Vertigo to other people - we’ve heard horror stories about movers from friends, and we hadn’t used a moving company before so I was apprehensive, but I genuinely can’t find anything to fault.

I’d highly recommend Vertigo who recently helped us move house. They did a fantastic job of moving the entire contents of our 7 bedroom house from large furniture items down to small fragile items. The team worked very efficiently and did so with a smile from start to finish. What we loved the most was their efforts to make everything possible and take the stress away from us. They went above and beyond and happily dealt with unexpected things which came up along the way. Without a doubt, Vertigo are one of the best moving companies we’ve ever used (and we’ve used a lot!) and we will 100% use them again. A great team of movers who appreciated how stressful it can moving and watching your possessions being packed up. They took the time to listen and while working efficiently, never seemed to be rushing the job. They worked diligently and always with a smile.

My experience was great because the whole move felt stress free. The team arrived the day before to pre-pack over half the house. They arrived on time the day of the move. Nothing was lost or broken. The staff were very helpful and honest. It made the process of moving very smooth.

I was originally a bit usure about going with Vertigo as their quote appeared quite complex but I’m glad I did. The team were very efficient and also very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and on a very busy/stressful day, they made it all happen very smoothly. Thanks to the removal team and Valentina in the office for a very smooth process.

We used Vertigo Transport to move house in West London twice. First time in 2021 and the second time 6 weeks ago. They are very reliable as the same people on the team and cost did not massively go up compared to other movers. Also, Vertigo gave us a discount for repeat business.
