My entire experience with Very Exclusive was awful. They messed up the delivery date and were terrible at sorting it out - I paid for next day delivery but didn't end up receiving the order for over a week. And even when I did receive it, it arrived on a different day to when they said it would be delivered. I had to constantly chase for updates - there was no proactive communication. As a "token" of their apology for the experience they offered me a very small refund. But instead of refunding this directly on to my card, they sent me a check - clearly hoping I wouldn't actually cash it in. The entire experience was frustrating and just kept getting worse, even when I thought it couldn't possibly.

I've just found a new fave! VE has impressed me like no other retailer: ace communication, speedy delivery and as for the packaging... amazeballs! These guys rock.

After I placed my order I was kept well informed regarding payment delivery etc and when my delivery arrived at my collect & click store my parcel was well wrapped and undamaged. I will shop VE again.

Ordered an item in the sale. Great price - order was dispatched promptly. There was a little 'difficulty' with the delivery (possibly down to delivery company - Yodel) but VE were helpful when I called and they redirected the item which eventually got to me safely. I have placed another order with them, so hoping this will be less problematic

I honestly love this site! The range is amazing and the mix of big, established designer ranges, alongside new up and coming labels is why I love it so much. What I like best though are the payment options that mean treating yourself to something really special is actually attainable!

I ordered size 37. The item arrived with one shoe shoving the 37 on the sole, the other 36, and both showing size 36 inside the shoe. I was told that if I would like ta replacement, I need to order and pay for another pair, as it will take time to process the refund. No replacement offered.
On the positive side, they did offer a refund, apologies, etc...

I'm a huge fan of Very Exclusive, the site is easy to use, the products are beautiful and the packaging is luxurious. But I had such a negative experience with the delivery (On two separate occasions Yodel made no attempt to deliver the package, leaving a card when I was at home, meaning I spent three days stuck at home waiting) and I've had a consistently awful experience with Yodel on other occasions too. I'd happily pay extra to use DPD, Hermes or Royal Mail. But until you stop using Yodel I won't be shopping with VE again because getting the product I've ordered is such a stressful experience.

I have ordered only once never again!

Love this website. It's easy to navigate and the pieces available are really fashionable but just that little bit different to what's in the stores and high street. I love the take 3 option so now spreading the cost with no interest means you can buy something really special that otherwise would have been too expensive, Such a great idea.

Ordered Sunday morning, and the item was ready for collection at my local convenience store by 11am on Monday.

The item was beautifully packaged and was even better than I expected.

The delivery of the item was well communicated

I do most of my shopping online and must admit I am highly impressed with the efficient service offered by this website.

Boots arrived beautifully packaged and fit to give as a gift but were too small unfortunately .
The collect plus processed left much to be desired as I was never sent the code . I saw through the account my parcel had arrived but was unable to collect it- even though the shopkeeper spoke to the people at collect plus, they were unhelpful and rude. Very customer services were helpful however and fast sending the necessary code so I was able to collect on second attempt.

We loved the product when we eventually got it but it was very poor service they did nt know what they was doing .couldnt pay on line it keep going wrong so I rang very exclusive up and gave card details then they said ran out of stock when I went though all that !!! To get an email 3 hours later to say it was going to be delivered the next day at the click and Collect WHAT!!! So I went to go and collect it to be told I needed a bar number which I haven't received so they wouldn't give me the dress I waited in shop for 20 minutes trying to sort it out I had to ring very up on mobile so I will be charged to be told the number no real apologies on the phone so angry I felt really stupid I haven't used a click and collect before I don't normally buy clothes on line I won't use them again it wasn't cheap I payed £140 for dress with no service

I am so delighted I found Very Exclusive. The designer stock they hold is amazing. The service is so fast and packaging is just a delight. Well done VE!

Love the products. Love the speedy delivery and the wonderful packaging. But I'm disappointed by the product descriptions. I ordered a necklace and it came security sealed; that's fine. But this meant I couldn't open the package to check the length of the chain because the description didn't tell me the length. It's particularly bad for jewelry but I've been told other items aren't clear on sizing either. It would help to know as this is online shopping and would avoid disappointment for the shopper.

Great prompt delivery via Collect Plus, two deliveries arrived ahead of schedule.
Also very speedy returns process. I received a refund immediately upon VE's receipt of the goods instead of waiting 10-14 days as with most other online retailers.
I will definitely shop with VE again

I've shopped with Very.co.uk a lot and never had a bad experience so couldn't wait to see what Very Exclusive had to offer and I wasn't disappointed. The beauty product I ordered is amazing and I'll definitely be ordering more! So many things I have my eye on!
