The product was 25% less expensive than other online retailers. It arrived within 24 hours in perfect condition. Very pleased indeed.

Ordered goods and paid extra (c£19) for delivery last Saturday. Three days on, still no goods - so sadly cannot rate them! Had an email to say the parcel had been despatched and nothing more. Although I have emailed the firm today I have received no explanation for non appearance of goods. Rating should be NO STARS but I was required to put something in there unfortunately.

Order was delivered via UPS, who also have excellent tracking facilities. My 4 items came immaculately protected in bubble wrap.

Wont be ordering from Verynice again. Sent an email to complain about the 24 hours delivery charge when I had to wait 3 days to receive the item. Had no response at all. Not even a sorry. Pretty disgusting way to run a business.

UPDATE: I have now had a response and a refund on my delivery cost. I understand my order was placed at the busiest time of the year (Christmas), so a delay can be excused. I was more annoyed at the lack of response from VeryNice than at the delay, as I still received the item before Christmas,

Didn't receive a notification email when the product was dispatched (as the order placement email had stated) but once I chased by email I received an immediate response with tracking details. The product arrived in time for Christmas and we're really happy with the quality.

It's a well designed, well made product except for one thing - the clip which holds it on to the worktop slides off, which is a nuisance because you only need breathe near it and it falls into the sink. It's a shame because, other than this, it is a really well thought out, well made product.

Found this great site by accident. Order received very quickly even though it was Christmas period. Very pleased. Goods wrapped very securely and great prices.

This is just what we wanted. A previous supplier sent a damaged item which I had to return. This was properly packed and was delivered within two days of ordering.

I have just bought the James Martyn Knives as a christmas gift for my son, I am really pleased with them and the price was really good. My only dissapointment was they were advertised with a free gift of a chopping board and yes you quessed right the chopping board did not arrive which was a bit of a let down. On a good point the knives are really good and ideal for a trainee chef or lthe amature cook who likes having the right equiptment. On Monday I recieved a phone call from the company apologising for the chopping board not arriving and that they would send me one straight away.Tuesday lunch time my chopping board arrived and I was really pleased with the quality of this free gift. I would like to thank this company for their promt attention to this problen and the extremely polite way that they delt with the situation. I have already placed another order with them and am sure I will use them many more times,I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We ordered a dinner set. It was dispatched very quickly and arrived in a well padded box. Sadly a mug was broken. I phoned them and they immediately posted out the replacement mug even better wrapped and it arrived safely. Happy to recommend them.

I trawled the web for a ceramic fish platter and was delighted with this catch. A good size, attractive design and the right price.

Not altogether pleased because I ordered a paella pan with green handles. I specifically ordered from you because I wanted coloured handles. You sent one with aluminium handles. When I checked back on the internet it said the pans with green handles were sold out. That was not the case when I ordered it.

Exactly what we wanted at an excellent price and delivered very quickly

A part of my parcel was missing. Within 2 days I received the missing items. Unfortunately they were the wrong items. After a phonecall the correct items arrived shortly after. This I feel is the way a good after sale service should be. At all times the person I spoke to was friendly and pleasant.
