I ordered some items and have not received them! VV8616621839! Please let me know when I will be receiving them! If not kindly refund me my money!

I bougth few items order VV3657254088 on the 2nd May , paid same day and there is no any changes in status , I menaged to contact just once via chat but of course the was nothing positive ...they are giving other email contacts but are fake. I can see there is so many negative revies that rather not to buy at this shops. they have very big mailing campaing now ... so please be very carefull. I think there is case for Interpol etc

Regarding VeryVoga, my ordered item arrived immediately, however I was not happy with the size. So I returned the package and was again quickly refunded. So everything .ok from my point of view.

I read a lot of horror stories regards this Company.
But credit where credit is due.
I can't fault them.
The two handbags I ordered have arrived today.
I didn't wait that long really.
And customer service got back to me regards my order.
Very pleased with the bags. Two nice bags ,one black ,and one red. Yes I would recommend them.

This is long but worth a look. DO NOT order from this site. I placed an order for a charity event (at a centre for special needs adults). I cancelled the order in less than 24 hours and was told I could have a full refund as the order hadn't been processed.

I didn't have a good day.
After weeks of over and back messaging (all initiated by me) I have been offered a coupon to pay the cost of postage, then I'll get my money back.

There will be no money left after postage AND I don't want a coupon to buy more funny shaped dresses and hats.

This website is atrocious. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VeryVoga.co.uk.

You can order anything you like but you can never have a refund.

Not like the pictures on their websites - horrible clothes. Clothes look good on veryvoga website so I bought several items. They took 3 weeks to get dispatched! When they finally arrived after more than 4 weeks THEY ARE NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES! Really horrible fabrics and unwearable clothing!
They refuse to address my request for a returns form and I don’t know what to do... to enable a return and refund?

My experience with the order by Veryvog is the worst.
1. Outrageously long waiting time - today (1 April) the order for over PLN 300 paid on January 18th has not been processed!
2. Complete lack of communication with the company - some dumb e-mails accepting a request for 1% support ???
3. Abandoned product numbers - ordered size blouse in size I was sent in size XS - it was the only product made by VV
4. The company does not say anywhere that it sews things in China and they run infinitively long, and besides, it is Chinese crap about what you can see after receiving the order - if anyone receives it at all ...
In summary - I will never use this company again and I will also advise against others, unless you have patience with an unreliable subject

. I do not advice to do any business with them. I have spent over 100$. Also have paid for faster delivery. No order. No money. Feedback is from google translator. All shipping suppossed to take 15 days. All together. Sewing and shipping. Email: " we will contact you in another 8 days". Then contract is invalid. All cheated by this company i advice to simple go to the Police. Also you can write an email to the INTA. World Trade Organisation which is fighting with dishonest salers all around the world. I ordered boots which after a couple of days started to crack. I reviewed the product and was immediately asked by VeryVoga to remove my opinion. They offered me a discount on the next product in return. I continuead wearing the boots for a week--and they have completely disintegrated. The "suede" cracked, and the soles separated from tops. I have never had a product go bad that fast. I exchanged a few emails with the VeryVoga staff (the politeness of the staff is the biggest asset of this company), but "a coupon" was all they could offer. Their return policy is practically nonexistent, and I surely don't want to pay, however little, for more shoes from them. So I lost 50 dollars and learned a lesson.
