Do not book anything with this company

Do not book anything with this company. I was meant to be going on a trip with Vesatravel/Vesabroad in 2020 but due to Covid it was postponed. I then requested a refund which they said was fine. They then refunded me half of my money but have since been ignoring all calls and emails from myself. They still owe me £750 and I have lost out on £500 due to non-refundable deposits. I am going to write to them next. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed by the radio silence…

Very disappointed by the radio silence from the company, I was meant to be going on my trip in July 2020 and obviously this did not happen, but I was promised a subsequent trip was to be planned. I now have no communication from the company regarding either a refund of my deposit or this supposed trip that was meant to have been planned.

SCAM

A friend and I booked onto VESA's trip to Fiji for Summer 2020, which was obviously cancelled. To avoid the trip being cancelled again, we moved to the 2022 dates. However, we have sent several emails to VESA and tried calling their number multiple times, but have received no response with information about this year's trips. VESA has about £500 from me at the moment, which I was happy to put towards a trip, if they'd have responded. I now just want my money back. We have since decided to travel with a different organisation that actually responds to clients whose money they are in possession of. VESA is a money-taking organisation whose complete unprofessionalism has disinclined us to ever use their services or recommend them to others. Travel with another organisation - this one will take your money and leave.

No refund in a year and ignoring emails

VESA have withheld 75% of my refund following the cancellation of my trip last year, and are now refusing to answer my emails and voice mails. The 25% of the refund they have issued was through the 'personal' payments option in PayPal preventing me from accessing any consumer protection or PayPal's policies. The trip looked like an amazing opportunity, but I urge you not to give VESA your money
