Customer service takes forever (weeks) to respond and it took multiple tickets to get a response. My refund for the order that never got processed is yet to be sent. Will not use Vestry again.

Dress was nice. But too big. Asked for a exchange. 3.5 weeks later still no dress. Impossible to get hold of. No phone number. Emailed twice and no one gets back to you.
Poor service if there is a problem.
Do not recommend.

Still waiting on an item. Have also been contacted about customs on the dress even though I contacted vestry specifically to ask would I have to pay extra.

I was skeptical of this site because I'd never heard of it before. I was looking for a specific teddy bear for my daughter and this site offered it the cheapest, so after reading a few reviews I took the plunge and purchased it. I reached out to customer support once and heard back right away and they thoroughly answered my question. The shipping and receiving of the teddy bear was quick and I got exactly what I had ordered. After a good experience I would definitely purchase from them again. I had absolutely no issues with any part of my transaction with Vestry.

Easy to order, quick delivery.
Dress much darker than when taking a photo.
Straps extremely long,needed to be re-sewn.
Glad I didn't pay full price but gives a classy look

I only paid €12 for it so I can't complain, a few threads hanging down at the end of the dress and stitching is not great on it.

I was nervous to order here as I had never heard of the website and couldn’t find any for example try on hauls on youtube. However I ordered nonetheless and I’m very happy I did. The order came reasonably fast, and was what I expected, as well as being of good quality.
