I haven’t received my refund
I haven’t received my refund. I know time’s are difficult but I have returned approximately £500 worth of clothing about 3 weeks ago.

Awaiting Refund 2 weeks now....
I returned my dress the same day I received it as didn’t fit. I spoke to a lovely lady called Jessica who confirmed receipt of return on 17/3/20 and said refund would be in my bank account in 3-5 working days. It has now been almost 2 weeks and no sign of a refund. Please can you advise.

Excuse Of processing my return before virus
Returned product and got Royal Mail tracker confirming it was delivered 8/9th March. Spoke today someone at Vestry and they said we have it and will take 3/4 days to process. This was fine. However I spoke to someone today who said it’s not been returned and showing as outstanding. I said no I have proof so she then said due to Coronavirus we haven’t got the return. This was returned before the everything started shutting down. I then said due to this and lack of help I will review one star. To which she reply sorry you feel like this but we will reply saying due to what’s happening we will say why this has happened. No this isn’t fair. My return should have been processed long before Vestry closed and was still doing deliveries and return. You can’t possible use this as your excuse and ignore my 1 star when I have dates and emails as proof you had it and had time to process my money before all this happened. Terrible you staff aloud to tell me they will use this against my 1 star review instead of holding up your hands and accepting your mistake. So what now as you do have my delivery AND YOU DO have you now lost it and I will never get my refund? Do you need Royalmail proof and when you do see it was delivered back before this pandemic will you apologise for being completely in the wrong and not accepting the 1 star review? I have read so many comments on here when you never own up to stuff and always seem to blame the buyer. The dress I got was lovely I have no arguments about the products but the service and making out I’m not allowed to leave a one star review it just not fair and should be reported if you won’t take responsibility for your mistake.
Again no doubt you will come back to this with an excuse but this at no point should have been delayed this long since it was returned and accepted before you shut down
