I called .I just asked for a ball park…

I called .I just asked for a ball park price for garage door screen..No luck have to have a tech to come out.Do not waste my time.I asked does it cost $100,$200 ect No luck.I'm a Vet. Vietnam Combat Vet and Era Desert Storm Vet. Need to improve customer phone service...Ralph
