Everything was great

Everything was great, the app and document uploading portals were very user friendly and made the process much easier than I’ve experienced with other lenders.

I would use this service again

I can’t imagine buying a house without a concierge. Veteran’s United made things so easy, even finding my realtor. They were able to get me through the buying process pretty quickly. Once I found my home, we settled within the month. K I’m very happy.

Everything I needed to do was explained…

Everything I needed to do was explained so well. Veterans United made purchasing my first home as easy as possible. They explained the process every step of the way. They kept me updated. They called me to just check in and made sure I understood everything. They took great care of me and made the complications of home ownership simple. I would not own the home I am in without them.

Above and beyond!

My experience was beyond what I could have hoped for. The entire team is very communicative, professional, and friendly. For a first time home buyer with a lot of questions they answered them all happily, and whenever they requested something from me always provided the reason it was needed. They were also very quick! From initial pre qualification to closing it was roughly 30 days and would have been under 30 not accounting for the days we were looking for a house. Highly recommend to anyone be you a first time buyer like myself or a pro with experience. Their team and their concierge service is amazing!
