I would give Blake and Julie a 100% , 10 does not come close for the fantastic job they both did. Blake from day 1 was polite and outstanding everytime I spoke to him and explained everything he spoke to me about, Julie was outstanding and went out of her way to help me with several things with the bank that we were running into problems with and Jim and I were both amazed at the outstanding job. We have not had in the past this kind of leadership to help us with the purchase of a home. So happy we Went with Veterand United Home Loan and I will for sure Pass on your information. Jackson and his team were phenomenal from start to finish. They were there immediately with any questions we had, and hustled to get everything done on a short notice when we were finally able to close. No unnecessary waiting or lags, and constant communication. Would recommend them to anyone, especially first time buyers like we were.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! I was referred to two different real estate agents. They both were worthless. Anthony Giglio owned a condo in the complex I'm going to purchase at. Had 17 years of experience and couldn't handle this simple transaction while the work was mainly done by me.

JMG Real Estate was in the Marines supposedly and she was completely unwilling to work and couldn't handle the real estate transactions. Plus I did all the groundwork. I already have my condo picked out.

This was the most pathetic experience I've ever had in my life And I served in the Gulf War. I'd rather have scuds blown up over my head than dealing with these people

My home seller requested to close earlier in order to accept my offer and the VU Team's hard work helped adjust the loan and closing date to move the process early. Closed in 1 month. Great service and you can trust you will be taken care of and have things explained thoroughly so you are not left in the dark.

Veterans United treated myself and my MOTHER like liars and criminals when I bought my house in 2019. Today I am looking to move to Tennessee. They call me EVERY 20 MINUTES! I can't answer the phone because I am BUSY. You left the name, phone number and extension on the voicemail. People are busy! Stop calling every 20 minutes! You are acting like car salesman.

Really quick, good communication

Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and friendly and helped me to work through anything I needed to be able to close. Aaron especially was with me every step of the way. Being a new homeowner I was nervous and anxious about some things but Aaron always had answers and solutions. I really felt he cared about me as a veteran and as a person getting their first house. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

Zach and his team were able to accomplish everything that needed to be done on time so my wife and I were able to close on closing day.
