My dog Molly had ate something on the beach so I phoned Vetimed for advice rather than go to see a vet. We are on holiday with Molly so I couldn’t see her own vet . The vet at Vetined was very helpful and reassuring. Molly was alright.

They arrived quickly and when I phoned up for more informatin they were helpful, polite and friendly

Ordered our Royal Canin cat food on 27 March, in good time before the current bag ran out!. Had to advise Vetimed on 31 March that unfortunately they had delivered dog mouth wash and toothpaste instead of our 12kg of food…bit of a difference in box size. Lots of emails later and the food was delivered 10 April! My cats are on a strict diet but I had to give them wet food to tide them over whilst Vetimed arranged the re-delivery! Despite them knowing the circumstances there was no urgency to this being rectified and I was simply told it was an external supplier who had fulfilled and ultimately caused the error and it was for them to rectify! Really not good enough when you are ordering specific food that isn’t available close by! I’m not impressed, this has been an extremely frustrating experience! Just thought, as I had purchased goods in good faith with Vetimed that they would have done more to speed up the redelivery for the situation that I found myself in that certainly was no fault of my own!

It was easy to find the product I needed on the web shop. Ordering was a seamless experience with clear order acknowledgement and delivery information. Received within the time frame given. Will definitely order from this company again!
