Amazing staff, had to take our wee one in, emergency appointment, seen straight away, we had to leave him overnight and the staff were great, giving plenty of updates and giving us peace of mind knowing he was being well looked after and fussed over.

Very quick app and efficient smooth and helped out our dog and reassured us.

Had to take my 16 year old cat in after he suffered an adverse reaction to a vaccine.

Had to wait a while for him to be seen but the vets and nurses were very good once they got to him. It was a Saturday night though.

My cat was fine after a few injections and he was home again 2 hours after he was brought in.

Most professional and informative

I've had to visit Vets Now several times over the last few years either as an emergency or seeing the specialists.
They have been fantastic dealing with my 2 cats. I've been seen promptly either being triaged by a nurse or seen by the vet and it has made my emergency visits that bit less stressful.
Robin and Gillian were especially great on Tuesday when I came with my cat.

Speed of service in excellent facility with caring staff.

I took my cat to you on Sunday after he cut his paw, which was bleeding heavily. While I appreciate the prompt initial care, I am disappointed with the overall treatment he received.
The vet described the wound as "slightly larger than a paper cut" and recommended gluing instead of stitches to avoid sedation. When asked specifically if the wound would likely bleed again, I was assured it wouldn't.
The following morning, my cats wound began bleeding again, meaning another trip to our local vet. They found the wound to be deep and painful for him. They sedated and stitched him, which should have been done initially to prevent further distress and another expensive vet visit.

My dog Teddy was rushed into hospital after unexpectedly falling critically unwell. Without the care the girls gave my boy, he wouldn’t be here with me today. Massive thankyou to Claire, Emily and the team.

You have mended my broken heart. I have my boy back on my arms once again.

Extremely quick, reassuring and helpful. Our cat was seen very quickly and we felt very reassured by all the vets advice. The reception staff were extremely helpful.

Went above and beyond had to use them twice in past week. They were fantastic nothing was a problem. They took great care of our dog Willow. Everything was explained from beginning to end in a way that you know you are in good hands. All staff were professional and so nice thank you

I honestly cannot thank Vets Now in Glasgow enough - staff from receptionists, nurses and vets have been absolutely amazing with myself and French Bulldog, Nico, since he was rushed in on Friday afternoon. Nico is quite a difficult patient 😂 and doesn’t take too kindly to strangers poking about him, however, he was amazing with the team and they were equally amazing with him. Staff were on the phone to me twice a day updating me on Nico’s progress. Thank you so much everyone.
