No access, no response, no refund

I purchased a veterinary course on VetSwot in February 2026 for €307. After payment was completed, I was never given access to the course or any course materials.
I attempted to contact their customer support through the contact form on their website — no one ever responded. They have no official email address, which makes it impossible to reach them through any other channel.
To make things worse, their Stripe page was showing "coming soon" at the time of purchase, which raises serious questions about whether the service was ever operational.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this platform to stay away. Taking payment without delivering any service or responding to customers is unacceptable.

Vetswot claims to be a trusted…

Vetswot claims to be a trusted Veterinary state exam prep course, but the syllabus is largely copy pasted from MSDvetmanual. Additionally they have 0 content on exotics, which are an important part of the companion animal exam. Also 0 content on fish, bee and game diseases. These questions came up and I failed a very expensive, once yearly exam. Thanks Vetswot.
