This is now the third time trying to order on this prescription with VetUK. The first time they cancelled as they said I only had 1 available as per prescription per cat, when the prescription clearly says 4 per cat and was unused. Later they acknowledged I had 4 per cat, with no mentions of expiry issues, so I ordered the full amount of 4. They cancelled that citing medicine expiry deadlines, even though felpreva officially has a shelf life of 3 years. I'm ordering a single treatment per cat now, but I have no real time communication with them, just order and cancellations and fairly useless emails. I am sure that I was not able to take advantage of previous prescriptions fully, as they neem to have no clear way online to indicate online how many pipettes you can order again on a prescription with multiples, and they are confused themselves internally. You cannot seem to order them all at once since the either they have almost expired medicines, or they just don't want to release them. Looking to shop elsewhere for this highly expensive (once vet visits for prescriptions are figured in) solution.
