Nine days since the prescription was uploaded and still no sign of medication and no communication from vet uk other than a “How did we do?” Email !!!

An order for prescription medication cannot move until we receive the prescription. Rest assured, this will now process as soon as possible. I am sorry for any disappointment caused.

Great speedy service but a subscription scheme would be really handy
I would love to be able to order on subscription so I don't need to keep remembering to order the diabetic dog food hopefully that feature will be available in the future.
Price is comparative to other sites - it is expensive but that's the joy or having a diabetic dog.
Delivery is really prompt - we had one delivery where we noticed after delivery that tins were dented - annoyingly we didn't look closer until we discovered a bad smell - a tin had split and it wasn't pleasant with what was going on with the heatwave. I am certain this was down to DPD and not VetUK. I didn't raise it as it was about a week after delivery we spotted the issue and the smell. Now I always check to make sure cans aren't dented as that really was not fun.
I would definitely recommend VetUK.
