Great speedy service but a subscription scheme would be really handy
I would love to be able to order on subscription so I don't need to keep remembering to order the diabetic dog food hopefully that feature will be available in the future.
Price is comparative to other sites - it is expensive but that's the joy or having a diabetic dog.
Delivery is really prompt - we had one delivery where we noticed after delivery that tins were dented - annoyingly we didn't look closer until we discovered a bad smell - a tin had split and it wasn't pleasant with what was going on with the heatwave. I am certain this was down to DPD and not VetUK. I didn't raise it as it was about a week after delivery we spotted the issue and the smell. Now I always check to make sure cans aren't dented as that really was not fun.
I would definitely recommend VetUK.

Excellent service from VetUK. All medicines have long expiry dates (unlike the online company I ordered from last year). Also their pharmacy team were really thorough. There were a number of mistakes with my prescription and they kept coming back to me for it to be corrected.

You check prescriptions carefully and I’ve been held up and had to re order a couple of times which is a pain but I respect that you take compliance seriously. Once an order is confirmed it’s here in no time and the advance notice of delivery times is excellent
