I always take my car to ViaBiler Amager for annual maintenance. I am very much satisfied for the service and good customer service.
They always call me before they need to change any part and provide the price. They also send the video of the maintenance work done.

Our experience from the first contact till the day we delivered our car was excellent. The agency representative Ulrik (ViaBiler Egå) was so friendly and helpful, considering that we are quite new in Denmark, he almost explained us everything regarding insurance, service package and even city parking rules.
Everything was perfectly smooth and we are so happy working with you.

I bought a used Aygo car, which has been in an accident but the motor was still perfectly fine. That’s the the only information about the car they told me. Did a test drive of the car and saw it was in a good condition, and i bought it. But when one year service check came they gave me a 6130kr price without giving me any details what’s the price is covered the only thing they wrote was the labor was included to that price. I was wondering why it cost a lot so i did some inquiry with other Toyota auto workshop for their price to get cheaper, little did i know my break disc needed to be change and it cost me a fortune. Via biler arent you supposed to inform your costumer if there is possible issue about the car, and arent you supposed to fix the car before you sell it to your costumer? It was really a bad experienced, and to think it was my first car. Never again and will not going to recommend.
