Avoid this site – misleading and unsafe.

A quick Google search shows countless negative reviews and complaints about Viagogo. My own experience confirms this.
Tickets were sold at a high price, and important information was only revealed after payment.

After I reported this issue, Google confirmed that Viagogo violated Google policies and stated that the search result/advertisement would be reviewed and handled.

There are many legal cases and regulatory actions in recent years related to this website’s misleading and unlawful practices.

For your own safety, do not buy tickets from this site. Use official sellers only.

Received tickets only 3 hours before the event, and in a completely different section. This was a birthday present to my partner, we were so looking forward to it. This caused a lot of disappointment and worry. I was so sad. Customer service couldn't help. Shame on you Viagogo! I can see how you make your money. I could cry.

The purchasing process was rally easy and the after-sales support and guidance was excellent. We will definitely choose Viagogo again for future events.

Tickets for the FC Stuttgart match were blocked. According to the box office staff, Viagogo isn't allowed to sell tickets, so FC Stuttgart is blocking them. To unblock them, I had to wait in line at the box office, which was very crowded. Half of the first half was missed.

I recommend this place and Viagogo because everything went smoothly and well.

Tickets were in the completely wrong section which was not clear from the ticket. We bought the best seats and got the worst which were selling at 20% of what we paid. Only released this in the arena. No refund nothing !! Viagogo did not check what was forwarded to us and we go defrauded. Customer service says nothing can be done because we scanned the ticket.

I had a good time. It’s always convenient to buy tickets from you.

Customer service was amazing thank you

Last minute they cancelled our tickets. We came all the way from Greece to Germany and two hours before the concert the tickets cancelled due to difficulties as they said… I am never going to buy tickets from this company again. Scam. Probably they sell them for more money. Frauds.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

Viagogo sold me tickets to the wrong band (Red Hot Chilli Pipers, not Red Hot Chili Peppers), then told me I couldn’t cancel. Their agent instructed me to re-list tickets I didn’t even physically have yet. After I did that, Viagogo sold those tickets to buyers in another country and demanded I ship them by a date that’s literally before I’m supposed to receive them. Now they’re threatening to charge me “replacement ticket” fees for a situation they caused. Customer support admits this but refuses to fix it, won’t send transcripts, and says getting proof could take 30 days. This platform feels predatory, risky, and unsafe. I would never use Viagogo again.

The tickets arrived 2 hours before the event startet. That caused tremendous and avoidable stress. Communication was very poor. Tickets were not meant for sale but fortunately the event team didn’t notice/care. Ultimately the concert was great and without Viagogo we would not had that experience at all, hence 3 stars
