Luckily downloading the ticket was easy because it was transferred through my email into my Ticketmaster account which made me feel safer for the ticket

Everything worked perfectly. Had a great time and no issues with my order.

I received a message from Viagogo the day before the Brazil vs. Haiti match informing me that the seller was unable to deliver my tickets.

Instead of simply issuing a refund, Viagogo went the extra mile by sourcing another set of tickets for me. This meant I didn't have to go through the stress of trying to find replacement tickets at the last minute, potentially at a much higher price.

I really appreciate the effort Viagogo made to ensure I could still attend the match and enjoy the experience.

Got a good deal on the tickets, no issues at all with the delivery or at the concert itself. The only thing i would say is the fee were a bit high, i went ahead only because the actual price of the tickets was good.
