Bought 2 tickets for a concert where seats should be together and they were in different sections.
Now want a refund which is virtually impossible to get
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

worst system, one of the not advanced, with a lot of error system that almost is possible to sell tickets. Please don't use it!!! the worst that I saw until now.
Charges up to €2705 for Portuguese football/soccer tickets (?!).
They are scammers. I never received the tickets I paid for!
I purchased two tickets seated together through Viagogo for an upcoming show, but they were not seated together, which was a huge issue for me. I reached out for a solution, but instead, the customer support kept saying they will escale it and in the meantime the reseller tracked me and began harassing me on Instagram, demanding I keep their tickets. It’s been over a week since I raised the issue, and I have received no resolution or meaningful response from Viagogo. The show is in less than 10 days, and I am left with no solution or refund. Unacceptable service and horrible breach of privacy and data protection.
Bought 2 tickets to Taylor Swift concert in Lisbon and they sent me the tickets in the following day of my purchase. Everything went perfectly.
I was really worried because i read bad reviews but i had a nice experience!
Um negocio de fraude!
Sediado na Suiça, não está debaixo de supervisão de nenhum organismo europeuou português.
Não quero dar uma estrela!! Zero!!
They sell tickets like they are the real ticket site but when you click ok and buy you get an email that tells you that you will get the tickets later. And the people then buy bad tickets for you. That are not the same as the ones you bought. We had very bad view and that was not what we paid for.
ABSOLUT 1000% SCAM!!!
PLEASE DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING !!!
They hide fees we have to pay and those fees amount to the price of the ticket itself. They pressure you to complete the purchase in less then five minutes with the pretext that there are dozens of people on the queue to buy the tickets. You're busy filling the form without any time to read any small letters. Only after you give your credit card details and a big green button appears for us to make the purchase do they show you how much you're going to pay (in the very bottom of the page, in small letters). It's a complete surprise when you do the purchase and they they show you how much you spent. If you try to cancel the purchase after the fact (like in amazon), they say it's not possible and invite you to resell the ticket and perpetuate they're nasty scheme. I don't think anyone in their right mind buy from them a second time. I'll try to raise awareness to first time buyers like me.
