This is a fantastic small business with a knowledgeable and dedicated team. Their pricing is very competitive, especially considering the quality of the equipment they offer. They exclusively work with government agencies, acquiring surplus equipment that is thoroughly tested before being resold.
One of the things I appreciate most is their honesty—descriptions are accurate, and there are no surprises. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly and professional.
It’s worth noting that the manager has a no-nonsense approach. He doesn’t entertain unrealistic offers and would rather scrap an item than sell it for a price that doesn’t reflect its value. I respect that, especially after seeing some of the unreasonable behavior he deals with. Personally, I’d do the same in his shoes.
That said, if you approach him with respect and professionalism, you’ll be met with outstanding service—often going above and beyond expectations.
