I have been trying to return these products and VP seem wholly unresponsive - the phone no on the order confirmation says that the number is 'no longer taking calls' (!) and no-one appears able to reply to my emails. Other than one which said that I appeared to have contacted the wrong company! Really very frustrating.
Unneeded and unsuitable for my main purchase. This item was suggested when I place my main order so I went ahead and added it. Turns out this is for a wall mounted basin and my order was for a pedestal basin, so this was just a waste.
