I put in an international order five weeks ago and after three weeks I sent an enquire which was answered a week after ( I had to escalate it to the trade dept) just to let me know that the order of 500 gbp thas I have paid for has gone missing. Now again I have no news of the statud of the order. There is no customer service as far as I can tell!
