The perfumes don't smell good after a couple of uses and the clothing is poor quality

I placed an order. I never received the package. The transport company returned the package - unopened/ unreceived. It has been 4 weeks - no eMail, no refund! No one seems to care. No customer service. 158 Euro loss! Dont ever buy with this company. It is a total scam!

Unfortunately i had to return the items i had ordered so started the return process. However they use GLS which almost doesn’t have any location drop points in Amsterdam. If you want to consult with VS on their website, and ask for other options, you can only chat with a digital assistant. However there are no options to start a complaint procedure, so what’s the point if a customer service if there isn’t one. Will not order again, too much trouble. Other shopping websites have a better logistical system and customer service care

Every single time I shop here, XS underwear is completely sold out. It’s obviously one of the most in-demand sizes, yet Victoria’s Secret never seems to stock enough. Meanwhile, the L and XL sections are piled high and untouched.

It makes no sense to constantly run out of the size so many people are looking for while overstocking sizes that don’t move. The brand used to pride itself on catering to petite women, but now it feels like that’s been completely pushed aside.

If Victoria’s Secret wants to keep loyal customers, they need to get their stock balance right. Right now, it’s frustrating and disappointing to walk in and leave empty-handed every time.

This is the WORST customer service experience I have had in a long time. The chatbot doesn't understand simple commands. The customer service person was confusing, provided canned responses in the beginning, had some odd answers that made no sense and took a very long time to figure anything out. I wouldn't have thought that it was an actual person, but AI's are better at resolving issues these days than this rep was. To add to this terrible experience, I was trying to hit submit on this review after the chat and it wouldn't let me.

I bought goods worth USD 16.82 ( with shipping) as stated on the order form. However, I was charged USD 28.11 . No explanations why there was overcharging. I reached out to their customer service and all they mentioned was about checking on the shipping status. I sent scans of the relevant documents and emphasized that it was about overcharging, not shipping. No response. Be very very wary about buying online from them.

I would give a big 0 if I could. There was a promotion of 40 % site wide yesterday 09/03/2025. I shopped some items, when I submitted the payment it converted to a full price without any discount, including the rewards I added. I have been trying to contact the costumer services since yesterday. This is insane. I am super frustrated.

Quality of kmart underwear is by far much better than victoria secret and the customer service is just as equal, absolutely appalling!

I ordered 15 items, after delivery I noticed my box was a bit light! Opened the box, reviewed inventory list, and 4 of the items paid for was not in the box! My coconut rose scrub, body oil, deodorant, and a pair of leopard panties! I ordered 8 pair for $38- wtf packed this box- Victoria secret is disgusting and I went against my better judgement when I should have just placed my order with Savage Fenty! Called customer service, spoke to a woman over seas and she seemed use to hearing complaints! Im officially done with Victoria Secret-$200, send everything I paid for!

Was left feeling gross. This was at the Barrie, Ontario location. There was garbage in the sizing drawers where bras were stocked. Literal garbage. The 'fitting' bras that are worn by everyone and anyone were sweaty, deodorant covered, and smelled disgusting. I will never shop here again.

I ordered a bra at the end of June and never received it. I contacted customer service twice who were unable to assist me, and still haven’t received a refund.

After 3 never ending chats on the support page, I was refused a return label (still within the valid return timeframe) but I was told to send it on my own to the given return address in the chat with the customer associate. I submited a return of the order G005305511 (original tracking number GE925299516US-1-811) on the 13th of August - reference with the Swiss Post 99.60.072660.08585405, where I returned 2 items: 26884619 - Fabulous Twinkle Strap Lace Black and 26904567 - Wicked Twinkle Strap Lace Balconette Praline. There is no receipt message, no activity since 2 weeks. I have proof of the return, there is no action.

I would like to say thank you Betty(Marina Mall abu dhabi) for making sure I don't just get my size but letting me try on different kinds to ensure am fully satisfied with my choice. She didn't influence my choice she gave me a chance to identify how I feel shes an expert in this field. Keep it up Betty u won another person with your first class customer service.

Had my first experience with being fit for a new Bra this past weekend at Store #1389 at The Domain in Austin, Tx - such an AMAZING and educational experience, it was!! My sister and I were greeted by Darlene and she began assisting us, then she asked Mary to join us for specific requests we were inquiring about. These two Ladies were Extremely Knowledgeable about the products (this is the best fit I have ever had in a Bra), made our visit FUN and were very accommodating!! We are both SO appreciative of the time these 2 Ladies spent with us and their genuine interest/concern in finding the best lingerie that is both beautiful and fits properly for my sister and I!! Thanks so very much, Mary & Darlene - you both are our NEW GO-TO, Gals!!!!

Mechanicsburg Camphill Victoria’s Secret ask for Brittany she’s the bomb!!! Did a very good job helping me fit my bras even though I couldn’t find one I appreciated it a lot. Made me feel very gorgeous and ended up buying something I really like. Felt very sexy!!!

I never received my order, which was over $200. Instead, I received a $1.19 item. I contacted their customer service and explained the situation, and they assured me that they would check it and send me the correct order. "Not to worry," she said. "We are Victoria's Secret." Two months later, and still no order. I am out $200. This is a scam. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.

Beware: No secure payment on this site. They accept stolen visa cards details for payment. Then they ask you an order nbr (that you never received as you never ordered) to check the email that received the order confirmation details. They have no option to confirm this email from the details of the visa card nbr that was used for the fraudulent purchase. What a shame for this international and famous company.

I decided to send a detailed description of my issue at their "info" email address but the email never reached. Is this company genuine or ?

I returned my order but never received a confirmation that they received it. Now I have to pay Klarna for something I don’t have. Customer service isn’t responding. Really bad!

I purchased some items on the Victoria’s Secret website and provided my correct address, but the order was sent to the wrong address. I contacted customer service, and they claimed the issue was on their end. They gave me a order number, but I encountered the same issue again. I placed another order, was given a new order number, and the problem happened once more.

They initially said I would receive a refund, but then I received an email saying my refund had been canceled and that I needed to call back to speak with someone at a higher level. Eventually, I did receive my refund, but it was $10 short.

This experience has been extremely frustrating. Aside from the manager who assisted me at the end, the service overall was very poor. I will not shop at Victoria’s Secret again. The service was disappointing, the product quality has declined, and I would not recommend this store to anyone.
