Very goodness

I didn't use them as the REVIEWS were really bad.3.5 score
I am writing this because without even contacting them they sent me Postcards and listing my debt on the postcard.How tacky and desperate are you VICTORY? And how does this company get my info anyway?? I found an AWESOME HIGHLY RATED,REPUTABLE TAX resolution co. Wish I had the option to post her wonderful postcard with her selfie!

I had a business that was dissolved with no debts other than taxes owed. Despite the business being closed, taxes remained due with no income to cover the payments. I was informed that this situation could be resolved, and was referred by a Christian radio station for their tax services. I paid $1,500 to “start” the case and an additional $3,500 to “complete” it. However, the IRS continues to send me notices, and the tax amount has now increased by 3.6 times the original sum.

In 2024, I spoke with Lyle, who mentioned that my case needed to be resubmitted. I informed him that I could not afford to pay the filing fee’s all over again to which he assured me that there would not be any additional charges. He then asked if I was ready to “re-open” the case as uncollectible. After I confirmed, I was charged $300 + amount to re-submit my case as uncollectible.

A few months went by and I received letters from the IRS. I called the company which advised me they had merged with another company to provide better Service. After asking for an update on my case Joseph Holt told me He has been trying to reach me. I advised Him there are no voicemails and that Any business that cannot connect with me leaves a voicemail which is a standard business practice in America.

So I asked again what’s the status of my case, He only said that the case is pending, and then I had to pay a lot more inferring that the case was waiting on me to pay before they resumed the case. I Advised him of my previous conversation with Lyle and asked him to connect with Lyle and get in touch with me for an update about additional charges to reopen the account.

So I said all right let’s submit my taxes, but He told me he has no tax information on my account despite the company holding power of attorney and receiving all my tax documents since 2021. I stopped there and asked him to check in with Lyle and get back to me before I pay any more money.

I’m starting to feel like this whole thing is a scam.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD. signed up, noticed they did nothing until paid in full. Filed my back taxes, and that's it. Call/ emailed everyday, always told busy can't get to the phone. Never receive a call back. But yet gets nasty and says she reached out and I didn't respond. Then told my case would be given to someone else because Catherine Brock is over loaded Still can't file this years taxes because she doesn't answer my emails requesting copies of the taxes she filed ( which by law is required to supply me with). It's over a year and a half. Nothing but letters from the IRS. Called IRS they told me my account is not being worked for a payment plan. They have but me in collections and is now seeking Levy action. I guess it's time to get a lawyer.

Ms Cathy , Mr Joe, Ms Kim are so great they keep you up to date on everything. They give us the very best advice. Not ones have they directed us in a bad direction. I would recommend them to anyone.

Victory is the best Tax Service i have ever experienced,I had in the past spent $40,000. on a so-called tax attorney that got me two months of him drafting letters of no substance to help my tax case to the IRS.

I have worked with Victory Tax Solutions for a few years now working on paying back taxes i owe to the IRS. I usually wouldn't write a review but Catherine Brock is in a league of her own!
