I live in Canada and Vidar is located in Israel. I was concerned about ordering from so far away, but I am very happy I did it anyway. I ordered a custom wedding ring for my husband from Vidar Jewelry. I couldn't be happier with the entire transaction, from initial contact to finished product. Rob was with me every step of the way. He sent me digital sketches of my initial idea, then quickly sent updated sketches of my revised request.Once the ring was finished, I received shipping updates every day & it was delivered directly to my door by a DHL courier. The ring is PERFECT. The craftsmanship is superb, the diamonds sparkle, it's masculine & a bit fancy all at the same time. It's exactly what I wanted for my husband after our 22 yrs of marriage, and he loves it. He keeps holding it up & admiring it in the light. Speaking of light--the ring came in a beautiful wooden box w/ a tiny spotlight! I highly recommend this shop; they do exceptional work with exceptional customer service. Thank you!

Please give yourself plenty of time to order as the vendor does not have control over the time it takes to ship the item from Israel. It took me about 4 weeks to get delivery, and that includes the prototype of the ring I ordered. I missed my fiance's birthday and it was to no fault of the vendor, it just takes time to make it here. Roi was great and answered all of my inquiries within a few hours.

I found Vidarjewelry on Etsy the first week of March. I found the perfect engagement ring for my soon to be fiancé and knew that I had to have it. I contacted Roi and asked if it was possible to have the stone changed in the ring to an Aquamarine and sure enough it was! I purchased the ring on March 1 and today, March 11, I received it! The craftsmanship is stunning and the ring is perfect. Roi worked with me every step of the way from offering ways to size her without her knowing, to shipping options to just keeping me posted on the progress. Roi was incredibly easy to work with and I could not recommend someone more! His work is one of a kind and absoultey stunning. On top of that, there was an appraisal of the ring with it and THE BOX HAS AN LED LIGHT IN IT!! As a theatre professional, that little detail makes me smile and laugh and appreciate the obvious pride he takes in his work. Thank you Roi and the Vidarjewelry team for making this the best experience I've had buying jewelry and for making an incredible piece for me!

Ladies and gentleman if you don't take advise. This would be the time to take one.
1. Do not buy from Vidar Jewerly
2. Real ring nothing like one on 3D renders online Don't be Tricked.
3. Has not returned my money and I had to contact my bank to get it back even though I sent the ring back.
4. Dishonest Alert. If you do return it do Not Follow instructions they give you.
5. Do not believe the good reviews.
6. Their rings have as least weight as possible almost hollow inside. You are not getting what you paid for in gold or even close to it.
7. Not Real stones not real at all took them to a real Jewerly store in the US.

This is bad in so many ways. I am against leaving bad reviews as I feel bad for the seller trying to make a living. But nobody should have to go through this specially not recently married. You are advised. If you want your partners wedding ring to be a complete disappointment go ahead and buy from Vidar Jewerly.

I contacted Vidar Jewelry after I found the perfect wedding band for my fiance on their website. I asked for the center stone to be changed from a diamond to a sapphire. Roi, the owner, contacted me within a few hours and indicated that the stone could be changed. I decided to purchase the ring. The price was very reasonable and 30-50% cheaper than most places I found. Roi sent us computer renderings of the ring and also images of the center stone so we could ensure we liked the color. I also sent him pictures of a ring I found and asked him if he could customize another ring. He said he could and quoted me a variety of prices based on gems and ring material. I had numerous questions which Roi always answered in a timely fashion and was always very patient while I took the time to decide. During the process, he sent me several more computer generated renderings ensuring that it looked like what I expected. It wasn’t an “exact” duplicate, but it was beautiful and very close to the pictures I sent.

He shipped the rings together free Express Mail. Vidar Jewelry is located in Israel so expect some delayed responses only due to the time difference, but you should expect a response within no more than 24 hours (sometimes a little longer over the weekends – not always). Usually, I’d email him in the evenings, and I’d have a reply early in the morning the next day. I did take some risk ordering online from a vendor outside the US, but the prices were so good and designs so superior we took a chance. I’m so glad we did. Our rings came in, and they are so beautiful. My fiancé’s ring is exactly what he wanted, and he is very happy with it. My ring is dainty and lovely. I’m glad I trusted Roi to make us our perfect custom rings. From start to finish the entire process of first contact to delivery of our custom rings took about a month. Thank you, Roi!

This vendor was magnificent. Extremely accommodating. I looked at a ring from their website and emailed them requesting some specific modifications to what was shown. I wasn't sure what I wanted so I had several requests. With every single request I made, they responded within a few hours and emailed me a sketch of the ring to my specifications. The sketch picture was very clear and easy to see. They patiently and happily provided me with as many sketches as I asked for, which I was so grateful for. I was worried that the actual ring wouldn't look like the sketch, but it did. It was absolutely perfect. There were no surprises at all. They sent the ring in a beautiful case that contains a small LED light that shines on the ring. They also upgraded the quality of the center stone for me at no additional charge, and provided a certificate on the ring. It was shipped with insurance. I requested several unique modifications to their model ring, but nevertheless they still made it and had it sent to me all within only about 2 weeks. I was amazed and so pleased. Very nice people, trustworthy foreign vendors, reliable, and skilled workmanship. I am so grateful. My fiance loves it! I give value 3.5 stars only because I thought the ring was a little on the expensive side for what we ordered. But given all the sketches they provided, the real-time responses they consistently gave me (regardless of the time difference), and the very rapid turn-around on having the ring made and receiving the finished product, these service elements probably helped support the extra cost. This husband and wife duo are amazing! They were able to create a custom wedding band to match a beautiful engagement ring from their site. Black gold with a stunning sapphire, it's truly better than anything I could have envisioned myself. Roi was always great at keeping in contact with me and answered any question I had promptly.
