This seller, operating as “Jeep-Chrysler” on eBay, advertises products with a stated delivery charge, but after purchase requests an additional shipping payment. Responses typically take 2–3 days, despite advertised shipping times of 3–5 days. Even after paying the extra shipping fee, dispatch can be delayed by another 5 days or more, resulting in both lost time and additional expense for the buyer.
What is most disappointing is their reaction to negative feedback. After leaving an honest negative review on eBay, I was blocked from further purchases. The seller then appeared to leave a negative review on my garage’s Google profile in retaliation.
Filip, this approach is unprofessional and reflects poorly on customer service. Rather than responding constructively to criticism, retaliating against customers comes across as childish and only damages your reputation.
