I set up an account 9 days ago, deposited £1000 straight into there, for my account to be restricted as soon as the deposit was made. I have had to attempt to make contact every day since then to get an update on why this is, and Customer Services have said that it is handled by another department and cannot assist.
Once I start questioning why it is taking so long, I get shut off by their Customer Service advisors and get told “we know it is frustrating”
Do not use this website unless you wish for them to withhold your money without reason!

I really wanted to give this site more stars.
It started well, few small withdrawals worked fine.
Today I won a little bit more, and banked the majority, leaving myself £30ish to play with. As soon as I hit withdraw, the money was in my bank but I was instantly locked out.
Looked like I needed to complete the verification process - which I did and all my documents were accepted and I am showing as verified, however the block is still on from both withdrawing and playing. Leaving my £30 stuck in there.
Despite chasing on multiple occasions i keep getting told it’s being escalated, with no resolution.
Disappointing as it started off really quite well
