We had a new boiler fitted in October and had some issues as it became very noisy. I contacted Veissman, as the installer(a different company) said the problem with the boiler. The engineer Craig, attended very promptly and spent a long time (after his hours trying to sort it out without success having changed several parts). As the boiler was working he said that an engineer would visit within 2 weeks. That appointment was set up the next day. Another engineer Ian attended and explained that the heat exchanger needed changing. It seems that debris was left in the system following flushing through by the original installer. Having said this I was pleased that Veissman agreed to fit the part even though it appeared it was not their fault.
The engineers have been very courteous and helpful. They have explained everything they gave done giving reasons. In my experience this is very refreshing as quite often men assume women don't understand these things.
I now understand fully how the boiler works and how to work the controls which wasn't the situation after installation.
Have now arranged servicing through Veissman rather than the original installer.
Will be purchasing another Veissman boiler for my son's house.

My boiler broke down so I contacted Viessmann, who sent an engineer out to fix it within a few days.
Craig fixed the original issue within the hour. Unfortunately, we experienced another issue once the engineer had left, but Craig was quick to come back and resolve that problem too.

The Viessman boiler is very good quality and efficient. We had it installed just over two years ago and recently developed a problem with intermittent hot water. Matt from Viessmann came out and did a warranty repair. He was excellent. It is good to see that Viessmann demonstrate confidence in their products by offering a long warranty as standard.

Viessmann boilers are market as being a high quality boiler with excellent durability. You pay a premium for this. Unfortunately however paying the extra does not buy you quality or peace of mind or better customer service. You will experience boiler failure and defective parts and you will soon find that the Viessmann customer service team are placed there to try to prevent you from getting a repair. My advice would be don't waste your money on a Viessmann boiler. They are not what they claim to be and they are not worth the money.

Irfaan the chap who came to me was very throrough and made sure that everything was working well before he left me , this made what was a nightmare experience (having our brand new boiler break within the first few minutes of installing ) a relief from having had 3 days of no hot water or heating , thank you very much for sending such a great guy to help us .

The engineer was very professional

Operating a fully booked hotel, I cannot thank their team enough from taking the call to the engineer arriving an hour or so later to having the issue rectified, so fast even guests did not have time to notice the heating was down. We made a very wise choice in selecting Viessmann, Highly recommended for product to service

Very pleased with my new Airvsource heat pump, which was retro fitted into an old large 5 bedroom house. We are warm and cosy providing heat via radiators rather than under floor heating, so no need to worry. It’s very quiet to run. The Viessman app is very straightforward and easy to use too. Smart and stylish design of the indoor and outdoor units too. Highly recommended and expertly installed by Sunlite systems based in Woodbridge who were great too.

Boiler quiet and very efficient

Great Guys fitted the New boiler (Nottingham Gas Heating).
System tested, house got warm very quickly, so much had to turn down the thermostat's valves.

A great boiler - it is quiet in operation, expected to be very efficient, therefore cost effective in purchase. Competitively priced as a unit.

Great communication from Irfaan our engineer from the outset. Requested he message me when he was half an hour away, so I didn't have to take the entire morning off work, which he did, and we arrived at exactly the same time! Was friendly, professional and considerate, explaining what he was doing at each stage. Would highly recommend.

Highly Recommend. We requested a Fixed Price Call out to fix our Viesmann Heating System and the Engineer who attended was excellent. He had all the parts required so no return visit required and he was very knowledgeable and actually identified a potential over heating fire risk. Very glad we booked with them and Highly Recommend.
