Vices cachés :Réhaussement socle douche…

Vices cachés :Réhaussement socle douche pour faciliter écoulement eaux usées+nouveau tuyau évacuation eau usée machine à laver intégrée à ce socle montant total 1041,24 euros. L’eau,après travaux,s’écoulait mieux.Après 2 ans socle s’est effondré sous le poids de la personne entrée dans la cabine.La machine à laver a été enlevée suite au départ de la locataire. De l’eau s’écoule dans la pièce par cette évacuation.Il faut fermer maintenant le compteur d’eau.Je demande à Vigo de venir constater les dégâts,de sécuriser le socle et de réparer pour emploi nouvelle locataire au 1/08/23. Envoi lettre recommandée il y a 11 jours.Sans réponse depuis. Je confirme vraiment pas sérieux.Je vais poster mon mécontentement tous les jours.
