On 11/29/18 Mike drove to my home measured within 10 minutes. On 12/7/18 3 installers arrived at my home: polite, professional, down to earth people. They treated my home as their own. I will recommend THEM and THIS COMPANY to everyone I know. I will be back for future service. Anyone needing flooring. THIS IS THE COMPANY to use. Thanks Mike and the installers for your Professional, timely and amazing job! My carpet looks and feels great and done by Christmas!!!

Mike and his team did a great job with my wood floors! They were fast, affordable and extremely professional. I highly recommend stopping in to see the huge selection they have. They really work with you to help find the best solutions to your flooring.

I have used Viking floors on 3 different occasions. The first time was to install laminate flooring in my living room and dining room. The second time was to replace bedroom carpeting. This was about 6 years ago. Last month I replaced my kitchen flooring and I wanted the same flooring I used in my living and dining room. They looked up my previous invoice, and even though it had been 6 years, they were able to call around and find the exact same laminate I had previously used. The installers were hard working and conscientious and my new kitchen flooring looks beautiful. I highly recommend this company. Thanks to Robert who has worked with me every time!!!

I want to share what an amazing experience my husband and I had with Bobby from the Spring location. Originally we started at the Conroe location where Bobby was filling in for someone that day, and we couldn't help how happy we were with the rapport that was built within minutes. We had started our search early while our home was getting built although ended up back to see him at the Spring location and finally purchased months later. Bobby never forgot us, always made me feel good and reassured us on concerns we had. He was not like other flooring men you run into, he was more of someone who was truly wanting the best for you. Needless to say anything we have going on in our home we will always go to Bobby, and recommending everyone we know to him. Bobby truly was an incredible salesman and we had so much fun with him! Its kind of sad now we have floors, because now we don't see him. Guess we just have to get floors upstairs now. :)

Viking had a large variety of products and great prices. More importantly the people there are simply amazing. We worked with Bobby who was always available to answer any questions and worked hard to get us with the right product at the right price. He was very knowledgeable of the products and processes, and he truly cared about customer satisfaction during all phases of the process.

oh, and our floors look amazing! We will definitely be going back for any future flooring needs.
