Great jacket, nice fit

I have found their products to be of great quality and value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to but from them in the future.

Viking Cycle is an awesome company that cares about its customers and make great and affordable products for riders.

Dodgy. Paid for goods, but nothing has been sent. They refuse to answer phones or emails. Steer clear!

Trying to communicate with Viking cycle is like talking to a brick wall. I sent back a pair of riding pants that didn’t fit and never got an exchange or refund. I’ve sent countless emails and most are just straight up ignored. When they do respond it’s like a week later with unhelpful information. Also the jacket I ordered was supposed to have chest padding but there is none. The padding it does have seems cheap and seems to offer very little protection. Choose a different company for motorcycle gear.

I systematically waited 4-5 days for 2 different request. Each time message was brief and unsigned. I'm trying to organize a return as the wrong item was sent but it's radio silence... I wish that Mr Joseph would take care of my case as you guys...
