I have been out to Viking vets twice in two years with my mother in laws husky and received very professional treatment. However, my mother in law was in Viking vets Waterford today ..a follow up visit from the previous week that I had brought the husky too with a lovely vet called Vanessa..., as my mother in law's husky had a hot spot.. , my mother in law was unfortunate to come across a female vet who gave out to my mother in law as her dog was over weight...she implied the dog wasn't walked enough ..she made my mother in law feel ever so bad saying she's giving the husky the wrong food and basically gave out to her ! .....is this the type of vets Viking vets are recruiting? Her manner was horrendous and condescending. We will not be back to Viking vets Waterford because of her..never again..would not recommend....

This is a terrible vet! she is fresh out of school and not only endangered my pet but has zero business sense. She should not be licensed. Do not take any pet there especially an exotic! She is only about $$$$$$$$$$. Only in it for the cash.

Unfortunately found a deceased cat which was very distressing. They helped when other organisations who I thought would help wouldn't. They were very kind and professional and sent out a nurse to collect the cat.

The Viking Vets team have always been totally and utterly amazing. Caring, professional, knowledgeable and always ready to go above and beyond.
The love that was shown by Maria and Vicky for our dog from 1 year old until we had to have her put down recently at 14 was impeccable. I would never go any where else and don’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have used Viking Vets for many years and they have always been extremely knowledgeable, competent, fairly priced and very very caring.
The one thing pet owner dread is the time when we have to let go of our beloved pet. I was in this situation a few weeks ago.... Viking Vets offered a home service, they came to my home so that my beloved cat could pass over in a safe known environment.
What has touched my heart more than anything is the genuine care they've shown both me and my cat, and Amy and the Team at Viking Vet sent me the mostly wonderful personal Sympathy card afterwards. Thank you Amy! I can highly recommend Viking Vets.
