Avoid the flocked swimwear, flock disappears/fades after about 12 wears. Apart from this quality good, have several Pairs and none flicked are good.

Terrible Service Bicester
I had the misfortune of going into the Bicester shopping village store yesterday 9/7/2023 lunch time. Every other store I had been into had welcoming and helpful staff, the best being Longchamp by miles. Really pleasant and helpful.
The lady that 'served' us in Vilebrequin was the complete opposite, I felt she didn't want to be there, that we were troubling her, a really poor attitude. When I said to my family we should leave, she said in a condescending manner , HAVE A NICE DAY.
It would pay retailers to monitor the service in their outlets closely as all it does is contaminate the brand if the service is below par.
We ended up parting with our money in other stores instead.
Truly awful. I know the CEO of VRG the owner of Bicester and will be making my feelings known to him too.

We just bought a shopper we with three turtles hanging from the bag in Vilebrequin in Marbella. Asked for the price. He said €210. Took off the two turtles and my husband got the bag. We were in love with the turtles and got a grocery bag. The salesperson was rather rude and arrogant. Unfortunately my boat left in 5 minutes so no time to ask for the refund and money back into our credit card.
Purchased a bikini for my wife
Purchased a bikini for my wife. She wore it for 1 week on holiday July last year, all the colours faded and have been trying to get a refund or replacement for 4 months.
They ask to see proof of purchase, you send it, they’d say they can’t find the transaction? I even sent a copy of my bank statement that says where and when we purchased, they don’t recognise it, apparently.
They asked us to go back to the shop it was purchased to get a replacement, 300 mile rounds trip to Bicester, this is now a point of principle for me, so we did, the shop knew nothing of it and refused to assist, in fact rarely have I encountered such rude staff.
This company are simply not interest in customer service, their products are clearly over price second rate tat, and, I have reported them to trading standards and have now asked Barclaycard to open an investigation.
They won’t see my money again, avoid and purchase elsewhere.
Repair Failed poor customer service
After all these years wearing only Vilebrequin products,
The time came that few of my special edition pairs needed some repair at the elastic bands.
I contacted the customer service and they said that they can't tell from the photos the authenticity of the products!!! and that they need proof of purchase. Please someone tell me, who keeps receipts 10 years later and if we did, they would have turned blank white after all this time.

Please put your service department together because this is clearly ridiculous. First of all you just told me that you can't recognise the authenticity of your own products and second, in no shop around the world the staff ever told me to keep a receipt or they even give and authenticity letter for future needs...
It is embarrassing, nothing but a rip off unfortunately.

Absolute disgrace of a company
Absolute disgrace of a company. The after sale service is not existent and they will not respond to any emails.
Such a shame as their swimwear is great but the service is appalling.

Vilebrequinn customer service brushed me off after i complained about rust stains from metal rivets in Morea boxer swimming shorts.

Appalling post sale, sent a tight item back and the package got lost by the courier they chose..now two months have gone by and I'm still waiting for a refund!

Extremely slow refund process. For such a premium brand its not acceptable to let your customers wait up 3 weeks plus shipping time.
Vilebrequin discriminate against their customers
Me and my Mum visited your Bicester Shopping village store on the Saturday 4th December 2021 at approximately 10:10am. We are exempt from wearing facial coverings due to a shared medical condition. We self declared our exemption as we had been doing in every other shop without a problem that morning, unfortunately we were refused entry. I suggest your staff familiarize themselves with the 2010 Equalities act outlined on the UK Government's website. It is against the law to discriminate against those with hidden disabilities that prevent them from wearing a face covering. I would like to know why your staff think it is okay to treat someone differently based upon their private medical records?! Please feel free to look for yourself regarding mask exemptions as they are clearly laid on on the Government's website.

Perfect, but pricey
Rather pricey, but worth the money in my opinion. For some it may be not. Very high quality swim shorts, perfect in every aspect. But of course, if you don't think a pair of shorts can worth $150, Vilebrequin won't going to change your mind.
