Needed attachment to steam clean carpet. Asked where to buy. No reply

Attempted to purchase off their website - item showed as in stock and would be dispatched same working day. 3 days go by and still not received a dispatch email so I rang them, no human to speak too so had to wait for them to get back to me.
When they did contact me they told me the item was out of stock and was taken off the website, I checked whilst on the phone and the item was still listed as in stock and ready for dispatch. Was told the item would be back in stock in the next 14 days so I asked to cancel the order instead of waiting.
I have yet to receive a cancellation confirmation email, so I guess if I don’t receive a refund in 3 days then I’ll be ringing them again.

Bad customer service, they don’t even want to help!!!!!!!! I ordered two items from them which has been delayed 3 times by DHL!!!! VILEDA said they can’t do anything about it, I asked to speak to someone else which they refused, saying…. we are sorry. I’m super disappointed and will never order from them again!!!!!!!!

-5 if I could. Customer service is crap. No ability to speak with a live person. The dial by name does not work . My spin mop handle does not extend. At all. So I have to wash the floor hunched over. I have contacted the. 2 times. They want photos, I get it. I have sent them. They give me directions on how to spin the mop properly- that is not the issue! I can't buy just the handle either. You can see from the handle that someone else had it and attempted to extend it using tools ( it is scratched) so they likely got frustrated with this crappy customer service and returned there purchase , which I NOW have . It's Broken. I will be contacted the international head office now. Vileda's reputation should not be tarnished by this customer service office based out of Quebec .

I had a fault with this 1 2 Spray mop (it stopped spraying) and I just couldn’t fathom how to fix it.

Although I didn’t have my receipt (due to Covid outbreak on my hospital ward), once I’d explained the problem to Vileda and the short time elapsed since my purchase in December 2021, Vileda immediately offered to post me a replacement, which arrived within the week.

I simply cannot fault the customer focu approach of the company and I will continue to recommend the Vileda mop - it does an absolutely brilliant job of keeping my hard floors spotlessly clean with just water and the highly effective microfibre cleaning pad (and no horrible chemicals)

Worst mop EVER, need to replace the foam mop heads constantly and the clips snap all the time, ABSOLUTE GARBAGE

I purchased a Vileda 60 metre Super Dry Hoist Rotary Airer from Argos £110 expecting it to be of good quality as the price would suggest.
From all the advertising and photographs I would have expected that the construction of the item would be completed and just have to erect it as per instructions provided.
This is not the case as the individual lines have to be tensioned on site using badly designed plastic adjusters which is almost impossible, that is apart from the top line which has no adjustment.
Because this product was not purchased direct from Vileda they have wash their hands of resolving this fault.
I can only say think very carefully before purchasing this or any other Vileda product.
Perhaps someone could tell Vileda what customer service is.

Its too bad there are not minus stars. Their customer service is beyond atrocious. I bought a spin mop that stopped working after about a month. They have been jerking me around since March promising that they sent a couple TWICE that never arrived trying to tell me that Canada Post sometimes takes 30 days to deliver mail to Ontario. They on June 8th they promised to send a replacement unit which they could track which of course has never arrived. I have never encountered such incompetence, lying, obfuscation, lack of concern in a company before. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!

I bought a Turbo Spin Mop kit some years back. Work well, better than a normal mop and bucket and I'd highly recommend it. Our mop hand broke due to wear and a little rust. We tried buying just a handle locally but all the shop only sell the complete kit. We contacted Vileda for local stockist to buy individual handles and they instantly posted us a new handle free of charge. Great customer services Vileda!

I receive 2 clothes dryers direct from them . One was missing a rubber foot. But Both have appallingly bad welding that is not only damaging to cloths it will rip ones hands to shreds. I complained firstly about the missing foot, for which I received half my money back, but when I told them about how dangerous they are and I asked that they to pick them up and refund me in full, they stayed silent. I thought this company were good but no. I only wish I could post the pictures I sent them for you to see.

I bought the new spin and mop a couple of months ago as I dont have space for a full mop bucket kand I dont have any complaints. The mop head is attached by velcro so is easily removed and washed after each use. It's different to a standard spin mop, you need to twirl slowly for the water to get onto the pad then quickly if you want to dry the floor afterwards. I didnt realise this until I read the instructions lol. I'm happy with it.

Awful, just awful. I stupidly fell for the marketing and bought a 'magic' mop. The main magic is it makes any functionality disappear quite quickly. The squeeging mechanism broke quite quickly. You could half get it to work. Then the sponge (held on by GLUE!!!) fell off. I should have given up then but bought a refill for the sponge - fell off again after 2 uses. It's almost as if glue and hot water on sponge don't mix isn't it? So I go to customer service. It's taken us over 2 weeks to reach their verdict of... £4 refund and "thanks for the feedback, we can't help though". I said I didn't want the magic mop and I'd be tempted by the spinning alternative but no, they just offered £4. Each response took 2 days. All very weird. I've since realised you can get very similar products much cheaper and probably with customer service. Wish I'd come here first.

I bought the turbo mop several
Months ago. I have not had a problem with it at all, far as I am concerned it works very well, the only problem I find is that the water you are spinning out of the mop goes directly into the clean water therefore you are using dirty water to clean your floor. I have had other mop buckets in the past which had a separate dirty water tank which makes a lot of sense to me. So come on vileda get up to date.

Worst experience. I ordered something and my payment got back. I send it again and came back again… for month now.. I contacted them but no answer. Now they have it to a Debitor company and they send my money back to me too.. now they want to sue me, for not paying. What the actual …!

The Vileda easy sweep has to be the most useless cleaning product ever to leave China.
Badly made from what can only be leftover electronics from some solar garden light and the same life span.
Purchased on the 28/10/21 from "argo do yourself" when theres a complaint about a product and Vileda customer services being permanently closed my advice. smash it and bin it.
These products should go straight fill, along with the people who design and build them.

What a joke of a company. Have tried to contact their local offices in Denmark and Germany concerning spareparts for their existing products.

Even after several attempts to contact them, you hear nothing from them. Zero customer service.

Bloody awful company. Customer service is appalling. 2 year warranty, stopped working after a year, won’t send me another or repair my steamer, instead refund half the value of the item? What sort of warranty policy is this? Upon dialogue with them, they are simply ignoring my emails and correspondence? Do not buy would be my advice.

IF YOU WANT A RUBISH MOP VILEDA MAKE THE WORST LEAVE YOU FLOORS SOCKING WET DONT CLEAN UP THE DIRT my magic mops handle broke so i bought microfiber mop and bucket they dont clean floors they just flick over surface i wont be buying anthing of that make again dont waste your money

Based on possibly fake reviews, I bought a team mop. Stopped emitting steam after about a year and when I enquired about replacing, they got back to me after a month and told me it was not something that they cover under their so called warranty. I showed them pics and videos as requested showing how steam wasn't coming out properly. Absolutely appalling customer service. Now I have a piece of plastic junk in my kitchen will need to replace.

I purchased a Vileda Supadry heavy duty rotary dryer a few years ago but, due to the need to concrete in the base, did not get around to installing it until recently. Before I even managed to erect it, a small plastic component which secures the top part and arms broke. I contacted Vileda asking for a replacement for the plastic component, who referred my enquiry to customercare.uk@fhp As I was unable to provide the original purchase details they said they were unable to assist and that the component was installed during manufacture and they could not supply. I then asked if they could supply me with the entire lower assembly and advise me of the cost. I merely received the same reply as previously that they could not assist. They appear unwilling or unable to supply spare parts which is not environmentally friendly and although the rest of the construction appears strong, to be dependent on a small plastic component is not, in my opinion, heavy duty. Poor customer service.
