Extremely terrible customer service on web orders.
Their products are great, but the customer service on mail is awful.
They do not even read the mail and answer/do what you ask for, but instead does things I did not ask for.
When I then reply, they do not answer, after 20 days I again ask for an answer, which I get after 4 new days, but still they are not willing to do what is necessary for me to get my product and does not answer my question. I did get a refund, but there is NO willing to give me some service and actually send me my product. My last mail to them sent 06.july 2020 I have today 17. September 2020 still not gotten a response to, only an automatic mail saying that : “Thank you very much for your message. We have received your e-mail and will of course take care of your request.”
My original order was from 26. March 2020 and after over 15 contacts to the transport company and to Villeroy I should at least ended up with my product or an extra compensation for all my time and troubles.
I have now given up.
I recommend to ONLY shop at their physical stores, don’t shop at their web shop since you can not expect any service.
