Vinci Hair Clinic Reviews 

I recently underwent my 2nd hair transplant surgery at Vinci Hair Clinic in Malaga. From my initial consultation at the Glasgow clinic all staff were very professional and informative, clearly outlining the procedure and what to expect. The clinic itself was clean and modern, which helped alleviate some of the natural anxiety associated with such a process.
Dr Suzanne and the medical team in Malaga were attentive and meticulous during the procedure. They answered all my questions and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The post-operative care was also thorough, with clear instructions and follow-up appointments.
While it's still early days to see the final results on my 2nd procedure I am very pleased with the results I have from my 1st procedure around the hair line. At present the transplanted area is healing well, and I'm very optimistic about the outcome.
Overall, I'd highly recommend Vinci Hair Clinic in Malaga for those considering a hair transplant. The professional staff, modern facilities, and attention to detail were commendable.

Ive have got to say you want SMP you will never find a better place to go, i had my first smp 7 years ago last week i had it topped up and bought the 5 year warranty this week, ive seen so many smp done on people, trust me no one has come close to what vinci do , people say all the time omg it looks so natural, there is a artist there mrs yip from hong kong trust me you will not get better, scalptec doesnt come close , to Vinci customer svs , everything just awesome never been so happy .

Went to Vinci London and I was blown away by the amount of care given to me by everyone, from the receptionist all the way to the surgeons.
I had my hair transplant on Wednesday 5th March 2025 , I’m on day 10 right now and so far so good.
Any question I have had since they got back to me so quick and were so helpful.
My hair specialist is Neil and he went through everything from when I booked it last year and was superb throughout it, if I have any questions I message him and he gets back to me so quick as well.
Couldn’t recommend Vinci enough and I will be back in 6months time to say how could it’s going.

I went to the Malaga clinic and was pleased with the whole process. This includes the build up, during the procedure, and the advice given post op. I look forward to seeing the results later this year.

SO my experience so for up to the 3 month mark,
The appointment with Shane in Newcastle went great, Shane was so easy to talk to and so layback with me explaining things really and slow as I have learning difficulties so something he it’s hard for me to underStand, so thank you Shane.

THE DAY OF THE TRANSPLANT.
so the doctor I seen was great to and all the sergeants were lovely and kind, things like putting the Netflix on for me while I was getting my surgery,
For me there was no pain in the process that all comes when you take of the bandages 😮

THINGS TO TAKE NOTE OF PEOPLE,

1, you have to treat your head with water and oil and certain shampoos, but the catch for me was that the surgery was all day and I got finished at about 6pm and bye that time the shops were closed, so prep for that.

2, they offer you to buy one of there packs with all the shampoos and oils in it and they are £250 so if you get finished late then it sort of forces you hand like it did to me.

3, they told me that you need to keep your head out off the rain and wind, so maybe think about pre booking a taxi and there expensive as you can not risk going on the tube after at 6pm

4, make sure to bring one of this head things what you get for the aeroplane as you have to sleep with one of there for a thew days after, and off you don’t and the shops are closed you will have to buy the pack that’s £250 stated above as you will run the risk of hitting your head in your sleep.

If I was going to rate Vinci out of ten so far it would be a 9 out of 10 as I got stuck with the extra bill at the end after paying them £4500 you would think they would include important stuff you need to keep your hair safe, hope this helps 😀😀😀

I have booked my MSP with Vinci Hair Clinic in London. I have been dealing with Miran throughout the entire booking process. I wanted to say how professional Miran has been and how welcoming and stress free he has made my experience. He was not pushy in any way and allowed me to take the time I needed in terms of eventually booking my treatment. I am booked in for 2 weeks time and I can’t wait to see the end result. I would highly recommended Vinci to anybody. You will be treated with respect and professionalism.

I had a video meeting with a hair transplant expert, he explained everything to me properly and well understandable. Two and a half months later I found myself in the clinic and I had the hair transplant. Everything happened as the doctor explained to me. My hair line and scalp is healing now, but I’m really satisfied with the process. Since I started to read about it before the surgery, I met people who had hair transplant. One of them had it in Hungary, another had it in Turkey, of course for lower prices. But to be honest, compared Vinci’s process and their professional method to the stories and the results, I can say it worth to choose Vinci. I spent a wonderful weekend in London as a tourist too, so it was a full experience.
The other reason why I choosen Vinci the transparency: they are showing explaining videos and lot of references on their Instagram profile, from everyday people not just celebrities or superstars. In Hungary where I live I couldn’t find similar references like Vinci

I've read some of the reviews on here, some good and some bad.
I only had my procedure yesterday so I can't comment on the future results.
But I can comment on my experience so far, and all that has been flawless.
From the initial telephone consultation with Ricky, who arranged my appointment and recommended nearby hotels, through to my surgeon and technicians who, as a team, worked tirelessly throughout the day to carry out my procedure and keep me informed at all stages which made me feel calm and comfortable.

This clinic is magnificent place to the skin and scalp pigmentation because the Lady 'Luba' is a true sweetheart and will make you feel very comfortable when performing the pigmentation procedures that she does. I'd give Luba 10 outta 10 for her performances and I'd like to tell her thanks very much for giving me her phone as a destraction to watch netflix while getting the job done. I be looking forward to seeing her again.

First class service and treatment from beginning to end. A slick, organised and skilled team were hard at work over the course of the (admittedly long) day to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. Had my hair transplant at Vinci hair clinic Málaga on the 17th February this year, the process from initial contact with Vinci to the transplant itself I am extremely happy with. I initially reached out to Vinci via Instagram filled out the online form and got a follow up phone call the very next day from a UK office. Following the phone call I was passed on to Mel in the Vinci Dublin office to discuss treatment and she provided me with a number of treatment options to consider and gave me plenty of time to research and consider the options. I did look to a number of other clinics for consultations and costs and when I done the research I did finally conclude Vinci was the option I felt was the best for me. I had originally wanted to stay in the UK or Ireland for treatment. However looking at customer reviews and speaking with Mel, the clinic in Málaga and Dr Susanne specifically being mentioned by previous customers sites like Google reviews and trust pilot I felt that Málaga was the place to go.

Once a date was set the documentation and information was plentiful everything was managed by Vinci, they booked the hotel, the transport from the airport to hotel, all I had to do was book my flights and provide Vinci with the flight details. Instructions were very detailed where to meet the driver, where the clinic was from the hotel (5 min walk). The week before I got a courtesy call from one of the team in Málaga, just to see if I had any questions and to give me some detail with how the day would good.

Hotel was brilliant I arrived around mid day and room was already available. Dropped our bags of and went to find the clinic in prep for the next morning and then took the day to go and discover Málaga. The hotel breakfast was superb.

Day of the procedure, I arrived at 0800 Dr Susanne was there to meet me we had a conversation around what I could expect from the transplant and how I can get the best overall out come for after the procedure. By 0845 we started the extraction phase of the procedure and the technique that Vinci use was painless from the start, I can only describe it as the old 5 needles you got in school to numb the area initially before that apply the anesthetic via needle, which made the whole process painless. I actually feel asleep sure the extraction process and woke myself up snoring. That took us to around mid day were we stopped for lunch, provided by vinci (ham and cheese salad sandwich, chocolate bar, apple juice and water).

And by 12.30 back in for the transplanting to start. Sat up very comfortably and given the TV remote to select what I wanted to watch. Again I drifted off to sleep 2 or 3 times throughout this part of the procedure. Only time I felt discomfort was around the last 30-40 mins some minor nipping we finished up around 17:15.

I was given my aftercare pack with all instructions on how to look after the areas, medication to take when to take etc.

Then I got a follow up phone call from Dr Susanne the day after to see how I was and had slept, if I had any questions and so on.

I've 3 prp sessions to follow up as part of my total package and will up date again once I've had these and after 6 months with how it has all went.

So far I am extremely happy with the process the care I received and the after care so far. Dr Susanne was very friendly extremely informative and her team were all friendly and fantastic on the day. The wider team from initial contact with them via Instagram to booked were very friendly and informative also. The team use UK based phone lines and online payment systems so there no costs when exchange rates at anytime through the process either.

Highly recommend

I strongly recommend going with Dr Susanne Rossler at Vinci Hair clinic Malaga, even if it means you have to travel. The entire team will take so good care of you and make it feel like you are at a relaxing spa.

Shane, the sales rep, was good, reassuring and always punctual with his appointments. The clinic is clean, the staff are friendly and the op day went swimmingly. However, by the time I was at my 12 month appointment, the results were not great. Even to the point that Sharon the clinic manger (who I'm told is no longer with vinci) remarked that I may need a "top up of the treated area" and suggested that my hair looked thin, especially under natural and artificial light (what other kinds of light are there?!?). However I should wait until the 18 month post op point before I'd know the full extent of the results. So I duly waited and it's no better.
I recontacted the clinic to be told Sharon had moved on and was put in touch with "Miran" who looked and agreed that I'd need between 1000 and 1500 further grafts. This is on top of the grafts I'd already had, to cover patches of thin hair in the graft area. Whilst I didn't particularly look forwards to further surgery, I was willing to undergo the process to get respectable results. I'd expected a nominal fee to be charged to correct the work and was told I'd need to "cover the costs of the room" which again, seemed to reinforce my nominal fee theory.
The price of this corrective work?
£3,000. considering my first surgery was £4,000, to charge me £3,000 to put things right is a farce.
I'd also add something that has been said to me twice (only since surgery, I must add) that grafted hair "will never look like natural hair" and will never be as thick.
With this in mind, think carefully about if you really need this procedure to be carried out.
Most reviews on here seem to come from people at the 6 - 12 month period. Their healing isn't complete at that point and they won't actually know how it ends up.
I am not particularly happy with my results and I am less happy with their response to my concerns.

I couldn’t recommend Vinci Hair Clinic enough. From my first consultation in Dublin to flying out to Malaga and having it done. I went from feeling nervous to feeling so much at ease. Dr Suzanne and her team made me feel so comfortable.
The procedure day is long but definitely worth it. I’m currently on day five after my procedure and it’s no where near as bad as I thought it would be. I had some small swelling for a day on my forehead and that’s it.
They give plenty of information for you to follow post Op and since I’ve been following them everything has been perfect.
Thank you Vinci - I really cannot wait to see how the final results work out.

I recently had a hair transplant at Vinci Hair Clinic in Malaga, and it was an excellent experience. Leading up to the surgery, Neil, the consultant, was amazing. He put my mind at ease by answering all my questions. One particularly helpful tip from Neil was to arrive a day before the procedure to meet the surgeon, Dr. Rossler. This was a great idea, as I got to discuss any concerns with her. She was lovely and very reassuring.

On the day of the surgery, I was very well taken care of. The procedure was pain-free, and I even managed to fall asleep a couple of times. Now, at 14 weeks post-surgery, the aftercare has been amazing. Neil has been incredible, promptly answering every single question I've had within an hour, and I've had many! The clinic also provided a number for direct contact, and Dr. Susanne Rossler has personally responded to my inquiries.

I want to extend a big thank you to Neil for guiding me through this journey and still being there for me. A huge thank you also goes to Dr. Susanne Rossler, who was fantastic throughout the entire procedure. I definitely recommend Vinci Hair Clinic and their exceptional team.
