Somehow I had to wait six weeks for my watch? The picture of the watch turned out to be a stock photo, not a picture of the actual watch. I was very difficult to get any useful information from support during the wait.
But in the end, all was well: despite condition being rated as 4/5 the watch looks unworn - so despite everything worth the wait
A wanted to buy a watch, with the payment spilt 3 bits, as their website advertise. In order to so, first you to contact customer support, and then get a link to the watch. So I did, and I got a link two days after. To a different watch, even though I send them a link from vintagewatches own website. I wrote back, that it was the wrong watch. It so, it went back and forth, and during this process, I was in contact with 4 different employees from vintagewatches. It all ended with a message saying, that watch was now sold.
It´s mildest to say, not the level of service, or expertise you would expect from an e-tailer, who "specializes" in high end, quality watches.
