niet professioneel, criteria voor kleding is discutabel. Nieuwe kleding wordt teruggestuurd met opmerking dat er vlekken op zaten?! Contact en service is beneden alle peil - lang wachten op een reactie. Als je kleding teruggestuurd wenst - moet je extra opletten anders verdwijnt het. Tweedehands kinderkleding is beneden acceptabel niveau. Verkochte kleding, geld verschijnt na weken nog niet op de te goed rekening. Deze website voor vrouwen zowel als voor kinderen scoort op alle punten ver benden niveau. Beter is op marktplaats de kleding te zoeken.
not professional, criteria for clothing is debatable. New clothing is sent back with a remark that there were stains on it ?! Contact and service is below all levels - a long waiting period for a response. If you want clothes sent back - you have to pay extra attention otherwise it will disappear. Second-hand children's clothes are below acceptable levels. Sold clothes, money will not appear on your account on the website - not even after weeks. This website for women as well as for children scores below at all credible levels. It is better to find clothes on sites like marketplace.

It is OK unless you have to return something. The package was delivered fast and the items were incredibly nicely packed.
And then I had to arrange a return...No response on my mail, so I contacted the seller via Facebook. In 2 days I got a response, stating they did not get my mail. In another 2 days I actually got a reply to my mail which they claimed they never received. The procedure of returning item is quite unclear - in the Support page it said that I have 14 days to return an item, in the email I have received is stated that if I don't return the package within 7 days, my request for returning would be canceled.
And finally - as I tracked online the package and I know it is received by the seller, I am still not refunded, neither somebody replies to my mail where I asked for an estimated date for refunding.
Quite frustration communication style, which I don't appreciate and I would not return as a costumer.
