Very quick service

Very quick service, with good communication about when and how my delivery was going to arrive and packaged with consideration to ensure the arrive of my wine in good condition.

Great service and good products

Website was very easy to use and the goods arrived very quickly and in good condition. Oh, and the wine itself is excellent - we discovered Slovenian wine on a recent visit and have found a great selection at VNVM.

VINVM want you to produce your passport before they will deliver your wine.

I am 77 years old. This morning I was asked by a DPD driver delivering a case of wine bought from VINVM to produce my driving licence or passport as proof that I was over 18 and that this was a VINVM requirement. I telehoned VINVM and was told by their lady that it was a legal requirement to obtain proof of age. I told her that I regularly buy wine from Waitrose and The Wine Society and have never been asked for proof of age. She then accused me of being rude to her after I told her she was talking nonsense. I will not be using VINVM again.

Great selection of Zinfandels

Great selection of Zinfandels and good price range. Delivery very speedy .. my only complaint would be delivery charge to Channel Islands which seems to be usual with smaller companies.

Great turnaround time

Great turnaround time. Haven't tried the wine yet as saving it for christmas but have a feeling I'm not going to be that patient so may have to order more lol

My delivery was smashed and no response

When my delivery was received the order with the box was crushed completely on one side and 3 bottles smashed to pieces!

The box was crumpled in on one side completely like it had been crushed under something and the inside of the box was shards of glass.

When I emailed directly from my order and contacted customer support for a refund I got no response.
