Have used Vinyl Lettering Online before, visually it's great and very easy to use. Extremely quick delivery too.

I've ordered from VLO in the past for small vinyls to put on my guitars but recently used them for business purposes to produce some lettering for signage around a dance school.

For the price I couldn't be happier, especially considering I shopped around getting quotes and previously tried to do something similar through VistaPrint (which was very disappointing and low quality).

All communication was helpful and I now have some great looking signs for the school. Good value for money and highly recommended.

Very easy to use website - but not clear what you will exactly get when you place an order. If you have a printer you can print out your sign and it comes out exact size so you can see before you buy. I ordered red lettering which I thought would come stuck on to a white vinyl adhesive background. But no, the letters are just floating and the backing just makes sure that they are evenly spaced out as you stick them on. There was a box to pick colour of background and as I didn't choose any coulour I thought it would be white. Anyway very prompt service came next day and for just over £5 with postage was fair value for money. My sign was just not what I expected.

we ordered two signs for our campervan only to realise an hour or so later that we (well me actually) had made a spelling error. There was no facility to rectify my mistake. Feeling a bit miffed I desperately contacted them by the email on their website, explaining the nature of my gaff and my inability to alter my order. Minutes later we got a reply confirming that once an order is placed and paid it cannot be changed on the website. The reply continued by telling us not to worry as they will alter from their end two extra letters and no extra charge. All this on a Sunday as well. Two days later the signs arrived ,well packaged and they look great on the van. Very happy customer will use again.
