I got no information about delivery.After one week I asked for Information, received reply it was on backorder again without estimation. We are 3 weeks later, I don't even get replies on friendly reminders. This is zero customer service. Not replying is even rude.
I ordered 2 hi-fi plugs. The wrong plugs arrived.
A return was agreed with refund of return postage and re-supply of the correct plugs.
The plugs were logged as retuned by the post office but despite several emails and a phone call no replacement plugs have arrived and no postage refunded and worst of all no contact made.
