Poor customer Service
Received incorrect wiper blades after entering vehicle Registration. Returned and received confirmation of my return.
Still waiting for money to be returned to my account after one month. Have emailed multiple times, and attempted to call (no one answered) used before, but never again!

The wipers were great for a month or…
The wipers were great for a month or two. They then lost their ability to clean the screen as they had done beforehand. So I find them a bit overpriced and under perform their marketing

As with other reviews I'm still waiting on 2 refunds and replies to emails. 2 sets of wipers chosen through their website using the number plate feature. Both wrong fitment. Out of pocket to the tune of £50.
Would not recommend.

Brilliant company
Brilliant company, we bought some wipers through Amazon. They arrived damaged due to the postman forcing the blades through my letterbox, thus snapping one of the clips on the blades. I contacted Vipa, sent pictures and cctv evidence of the postman forcing the blades into my letterbox and Vipa responded immediately. They were very apologetic and sent out a new pair of blades immediately. I received them within 2 days.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
